Good
Bad experiences since buying a new motorcycle until now. Already, we charge for the accessories to be fitted, so be it. But putting them together badly is shameful. After 1 and a half years, accelerator problem, the bike jerks enormously, making driving extremely dangerous (full acceleration without moving the throttle). Deposit under guarantee, 2 months to have an appointment. After 20 minutes, and a "test" by the "mechanic", we found the only solution to switch to mode 4, i.e. rain mode with half the hp less, "it's less jerky"... Summary, we don't care about customer safety, the mechanic is incapable, we don't know how to react to a problem and I'm told that we will pass the information on to Yamaha. As always, this is not the case. I entrusted the bike to an enthusiast and he found the problems very quickly. So, for me, this dealership that is not very concerned about its customers' problems, and its extraordinary "I don't care" is over. Denis DEBLIRE
Response to “Gaston”: You lie really well. The appointment was postponed, following your phone call the day before, because you were short of mechanics. Hence the additional delay, given the recovery period for bikers. I dropped off the vehicle the evening before, and the next day at 9:00 a.m. I already received a text message to tell me that the machine "was ready". When I arrived, you informed me that the jerks had indeed been observed (not on the Cruise-control where there was no problem, but in normal driving. Which shows that you are mixing everything up. ), and clearly indicated on the invoice. Besides, when I came to make an appointment you wrote everything down on a document that you didn't find when I dropped off the bike, and I had to explain everything again to the person who received me. You told me that you were reporting the information to after-sales service, we are 8 months later and nothing in return. You are trying to exonerate yourself by blaming me. Regarding the accessories, I have no problem "paying" for the work done, if it is well done (paid royally in advance to have them 5 months after receipt of the motorcycle editor's note., several times, but for once it wasn't your fault). I didn't come back because I corrected the situation myself so as not to waste my time again with appointments.... The engine has 119hp, and in rain mode it is "restricted" (see manual page 3-3: D4 soft throttle response and limited engine power... great knowledge of the motorcycles you sell...) Finally for your good information I resold this "rotten" motorcycle due to lack of seriousness of the concession and absence of Yamaha return (and yes I did not wait for your improbable return as well). In summary, you are happy to have lost a customer but cry for the sustainability of your company. Given your reaction to my opinion posted here, this only confirms my feelings about the catastrophic management of my problem. At the very least, I never thought I would have these mishaps in a dealership "whose reputation is well established", and whose reviews seemed correct. I therefore wish you good luck and hope that your customers do not have the same concerns as me. Farewell.
Gaston's reputation is well established!
Once a biker, always a biker, at 62 years old I have just ordered my Yam tracer 9 GT and returned my two old ones in their juice for 20 years in order to put them back on the road.
Advice, listening and clear information.
Large selection of equipment and accessories in store, can't wait for spring and the pleasure of meeting you on the roads
I've been trying to call my friends for 3 days in vain. It doesn't make you want to come to your house. If you're already on the phone you don't answer!!! Good luck for the future !
